What is Metta Connections?
Connect. Right Livelihood. Give back.
Metta Connections is an online professional network platform to help connect lay people with Buddhist organisations to practise right livelihood and give back to the community.
Designed for Buddhist organisations to connect with Buddhist professionals and vice-versa, Metta Connections is a pilot program spearheaded by Metta Centre. It is currently free and open to all who are based in Australia. At the end of the pilot, the team will review the model of Metta Connections going forward.
How it works
For Buddhist Organisations
If you are a temple or Buddhist organisation, post a project to let people know what help you require at your organisation. To get started, click here.
For Buddhist Lay Professionals
If you are a Buddhist professional and would like to offer your services (paid work, discounted rate, pro-bono) to Buddhist organisations, or if you’d like to offer mentorship and career guidance to new professionals in your field, click here to register your interest.
